They create BioFarma Innovations, a joint venture of BioCubaFarma and SG Innovations Limited (August 3, 2020)

The BioCubaFarma Business Group and UK company SG Innovations Limited announce Monday the creation of a new company, BioFarma Innovations, focused on accelerating development and accessibility in Europe and the British Commonwealth of leading and innovative medicines worldwide. The new association aims to provide access to a portfolio of biopharmaceutical products, protected by patents, from BioCubaFarma, which includes the entire pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries established in Cuba.
